RL-5360 can be used in industry, chemical, petrochemical, oil refining, chlor-alkali, sulfuric acid, phosphate fertilizer, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, chemical fiber, dyeing, coke, gas, organic synthesis, non-ferrous metals smelting, iron and steel, atomic energy and high purity product production (such as ion-exchange membrane electrolysis),viscous material handling and operating, highly stringent sanitation requirements such as food, and beverage processing sector. In the temperature range of -20 to 250℃,PTFE bolt and nut can allow the cold and hot temperatures, or alternating hot and cold operation.

Features:

High temperature resistance: the use working temperature of 250℃.
The low temperature resistance: has a good mechanical toughness. even if the temperature drops to -196℃,still able to maintain the elongation rate of 5%.
Corrosion resistance: demonstrated inert to most chemicals and solvents, can resistant the acid and alkali, water and various organic solvents.
Anti-aging: the best aging life in plastic.
High lubrication: has the lowest friction coefficient in the solid material.
No adhesion: the minimum surface tension, will not adhere to any substance.
No poison: with physical inertia, long-time implanted as artificial blood vessels and organs and no adverse reactions, good mechanical properties of PTFE.

Applicable media:

Hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, various organic acids, organic solvents, strong oxidants and other strong corrosive chemical media.

Temperature:

-20℃～+250℃.
