RL-5530 is made from woven fiberglass cloth that has been coated with PTFE. It is with high temperature pressure sensitive silicone or acrylic adhesive. Yellow paper release liner is applied to the adhesive surface for ease of application. This combination of materials delivers excellent dimensional stability, tensile strength, durability, and extremely low elongation.

Features:

Good heat resistance,it is able to tolerate constant ambient temperatures -70℃～260℃,and can also be safe to use even in the overheating heater.
Excellent anti-adhesive,molten slag crumbs of packaging film will not stick to the heater.
Excellent electrical insulating properties.
Good mechanical property with no distortion and low friction coefficient.
Easier and more convenient for usage.

Applications:

Non-stick sealing surfaces on polyethylene bag sealers and packaging equipment.
Guide rails and chute linings.
