PTFE gland packing includes pure PTFE gland packing (RL-5022) and pure PTFE gland packing with oil (RL-5022L). Pure PTFE gland packing is braided from pure PTFE yarn without any lubrication, and it is soft. Pure PTFE gland packing with oil is also braided from pure PTFE yarn but treated with special lubrication.
Application:
- RL-5022 is designed for valves and lower shaft speed applications under medial pressure in food processing, pharmaceuticals, paper mills, fiber plants where high purity and corrosion resistance is required
- RL-5022L is suitable for valves, pumps and agitators in most mediums
